Bug 541009 – Get rid of separate subclasses for horizontal and
vertical orientation:

* gtk/Makefile.am
* gtk/gtk.symbols
* gtk/gtk.h
* gtk/gtkorientable.[ch]: add new interface GtkOrientable which
will be implemented by everything that can switch orientation.
